DROP OFF/PICK UP
Parents need to escort their children to their room and sign them in at that time. Only those persons authorized in writing by a parent or guardian may pick up a child from the center. Your child’s classroom teacher must be notified if someone other then a parent will be picking up your child. This person will be asked to show proper identification. The person authorized to pick up may not bring the note of authorization with them. Adults 16 years or older are allowed to pick up children from the center. We will not release a child to an authorized person who behavior is such that we are concerned relative the child’s safety. Parents may not leave children/siblings in cars, or leave cars running during drop off and pick up times, as these are potentially dangerous situations.
LATE PICK UP
Pick up time is ten minutes prior to the end of your child’s day (3:20 p.m. for early pick up and 5:50 p.m. for regular pick up). This allows the appropriate time necessary to briefly talk with the teacher about your child’s day, gather their belongings and sign them out. There is a fee of $1.00 per minute for a late pick up. This fee is expected to be paid to the teacher(s) directly inconvenienced and paid in cash. Chronic late pick up will result in termination.
SNOW DAYS:
If Natick schools are closed, we are also closed.
LOSS OF UTILITIES:
We close if there is a situation of loss of electricity, heat, water, or any other reason due to Mother Nature or other emergency.
